Food for your brain: a workshop on spectral DCM

I am thrilled to share with you that I had the chance to conduct a practical workshop on spectral dynamic causal modelling (DCM) as part of the “Brainfood” peer mentoring workshop/talk series in Zurich. It was a superb experience to demonstrate how spectral DCM can be used to infer effective connectivity among brain regions from resting-state fMRI data. I showed the participants how to use the SPM software and the DCM toolbox to perform spectral DCM analysis and interpret the results. I also answered some of the questions and challenges that they faced in applying spectral DCM to their own data. I was impressed by the enthusiasm and engagement of the participants, who came from different backgrounds and disciplines. I would like to thank the organizers of “Brainfood” for inviting me to hold this workshop and for creating a supportive and collaborative environment for peer learning and mentoring.

Break.

Ongoing discussion even during the break :-D
